Washroom & Toilet Refurbishment Leeds Yorkshire – In Out Solutions have been selected to design and deliver large shower & toilet refurbishment project for an existing client in Yeadon, Leeds. Our client was looking to modernise several toilet blocks, showers and wax rooms for their large facility in Yorkshire.

Refurbishment of several shower rooms, toilet blocks, wax rooms.
Washroom Refurbishment
- Strip out works (removing existing cubicles, basins, flooring, etc)
- Installation of new 70mm stud walls
- Dry lining
- Installation of new suspended ceiling grid with tiles, washable finish
- Installation of new anti slip vinyl floor
- Supply and install of new cubicles, vanity units, basins, urinals, mirrors, radiators
- Installation of hygienic PVC cladding
- Decoration of existing and new walls, door sets
Project Value £70,000 – £80,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
