Office Fit Out Leeds – In Out Solutions have been awarded office fit out project for a Leeds client Sycous Limited. Sycous are providers of innovative metering, remote data collection and billing solutions.

Installation of New Frameless Single Glass Partitions (Non-Fire Rated) with Frameless Glass Door to create meeting room and boardroom. Installation for New Solid Partitions and Vinyl Flooring.
Single Glazed Partitions
• Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
• 12mm toughened glass (approximately 7lm), Height 2500mm
• Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in black RAL 9005
• Frameless Glass door (No. 1), 12mm toughened full height single glazed
• Hydraulic patch fittings, 600mm T pull handle in black, no-locking
• No 1 x standard height aluminium door frame with oak door, 600mm T pull handle, overhead door closer, Vision Panel 150 x 1500mm
• 25mm x 3mm flat band bonded to glass from both sides horizontally and vertically to create art deco
Solid Partitions & Flooring
• 5.4lm of 50mm stud and track, insulated and boarded with acoustic plasterboard to both sides of wall.
• Fill, tape and decorate the newly built wall
• Duraflor Axis Loose Lay Vinyl in mid grey (approximately 38msq)
• Duraflor Frontline Matting Carpet tiles (approximately 5msq)
Project Value £10,000 – £11,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
