Office Fit Out Lancashire – In Out Solutions have been selected to deliver office fit out project for a new client Muriva Ltd in Lancashire. Muriva Ltd is the fastest growing wallpaper company in the UK, founded by two industry professionals with design studios in the UK, France and Germany.
Creating Director’s Office and Kitchen area using both solid and single glass partitioning. Kitchen Installation. To begun with, our team designed, programmed and implemented an office fit out of the clients on site. The work was planned during office closure and performed to stringent H & S measurements.
Office Fit Out Summary
- Single Glass Partitioning, Industrial Style
- Solid Walls (approximately 11.2lm), height 2620mm, stud and track, insulated with 25mm earthwool and boarded with 12.5mm acoustic board to both sides. 100mm laminated skirting.
- Comms Room Double Oak Door
- Kitchen Installation – Howdens Kitchen in Clerkenwell Super Matt Slate with 20mm black Quartz worktop and matching upstands.
- Plumbing Works
- LED lights
Single Glass Partitioning Industrial Style
- Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
- 12mm toughened glass (approximately 3.6lm), Height 2620mm
- Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in RAL 7031
- Framed Glass door (No. 1), 12mm toughened full height single glazed
- Hinges in Black, Lever handle + latch + lock
- Aluminium 25mm x 3mm flat band bonded to both sides of glass vertically and horizontally creating crittall style sections.
Project Value £22,000 – £25,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
