Office Fit Out and Office Refurbishment Leeds
In Out Solutions have been appointed to undertake office fit out and office refurbishment Leeds for a new client Ransomifa. Established in 1999, Ransomifa has been offering financial advices from the whole financial market. In Out Solutions have been recommended to design and deliver new office space into their newly purchased building.
Refurbishing and Designing new office can be an exciting experience. This project was fantastic opportunity for us to work on something rewarding.For this project our brief was simple, to create modern, clean and sophisticated workplace that our client would be proud of.
Project Summary
Within the few weeks, we have carried out several tasks hroughout two floors:
- Strip out works including removing existing walls, all floor coverings, sanitary ware, kitchenettes, existing timber doors
- Installation of new 30min fire rated walls
- Decoration of all walls, ceilings, timber doors
- Supply and install of new toilet, kitchenette and storage room.
- Building of new solid walls.
- Installation of new flooring.
- We have installed double glazed partition with timber door fitted into RAL 9005 Black double glazed channels.
- We have installed single glass partition fitted into RAL 9005 black aluminium head channels with frameless full height single glass door.
Both Client and In Out Solutions Team were very pleased with the end result. We hope that our working relationship with Ransomifa will continue growing from strength to strength.
