Product Summary:
Installation of New Single Glass Partitioning (Non-Fire Rated), with Frameless Glass Door and Solid Door to form meeting room and office for a new tenant.
Single Glazed Partitions
• Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
• 10mm toughened glass (approximately 9lm), Height 2400mm
• Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in anthracite, RAL 7016
• Full Height Frameless Glass Door (No 1)
• Top and bottom hydraulic patch fittings, 600mm square section pull handle, non-locking
• DDA complaint manifestation consisted of 1000mm band
Solid Partitions with Oak Door
• 70mm stud and track, insulated and boarded over with 15mm acoustic board to either side
• Fill, tape and decorate
• 125mm timber skirting in eggshell white
• No 1 x oak door & timber door set to match existing
Project Value £7,000 – £9,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
