Hydraulic hinges hold open, 600mm square section pull handle, non-locking
Aluminium banding in black ral 9005

Solid Plasterboard Wall

70mm stud and track, insulated and boarded over with 15mm acoustic board to either side
Fill, tape and decorate
100mm insulation to ceiling
